We are a unit in constant development with approximately 13,000 registered patients and 55 employees, making us one of Skåne's largest primary care centers. Here, an engaged multidisciplinary team works together consisting of specialist physicians, ST physicians, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, social workers, psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and dietitians. Our operations are broad and varied and include three special residential facilities (SÄBO), a family center, a children's health clinic branch in Häljarp, and branch operations on Ven. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Would you like to combine clinical work in primary care with the opportunity to develop future physicians? We are now seeking an engaged and experienced general medicine specialist who wants to become an important part of our team while also having a central role in mentoring and developing our medical students as well as BT and ST physicians. With us you work on regular tasks within primary care and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the organization's working methods based on the needs of patients and the organization. The position also includes a special mentoring role with responsibility for structuring, coordinating, and following up on mentoring of medical students and ST physicians. You mentor in daily clinical work, plan and follow up on training and development, and contribute to a quality educational environment. The role also involves being a support for the organization's mentors and ST physicians, and together with management develop mentoring and create good conditions for learning, reflection, and professional development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with authorization to practice in Swedish healthcare and who have specialist competence in general medicine. You have Swedish language skills corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. Previous experience mentoring ST physicians and/or medical students is a merit. It is also a merit if you have experience developing training initiatives or coordinating mentoring. As a person you are confident in your professional role and have a genuine interest in supporting and developing others. You like to share your knowledge and experience and have a pedagogical ability that enables you to inspire and create engagement. With a structured working approach, you provide clear and constructive feedback and adapt your support based on each individual's circumstances and development needs.
