Do you want to be part of developing Trafikverket's digital information management in some of Sweden's most important infrastructure projects? As a specialist in digital project management, you create structure, quality, and traceability throughout the entire construction process. Work Tasks Within the Digital Project Management unit, we are responsible for creating structure, quality, and traceability in information flows throughout the entire construction process, from planning to completion and handover to operations. Our work contributes to safe, efficient, and long-term sustainable information management in Trafikverket's infrastructure projects. You will be part of a team responsible for BIM, GIS, and Data Coordination. You work closely with project management, consultants, and contractors, and serve as the project's representatives in digital information management, ensuring that digital information is delivered, quality-assured, and structured according to applicable requirements and working methods. Your main work tasks are to: Coordinate and quality-assure the project's digital information management. Participate in requirements setting and follow-up of information deliveries. Ensure that deliveries meet requirements for implementation in Trafikverket's management systems. Set up and manage project structures in, for example, Projektportalen (SharePoint), Chaos, and ProjectWise. Manage access rights for internal and external parties. Conduct administrative acceptance inspections of technical documentation. Develop and anchor working methods and document management plans. Provide training and support to internal and external stakeholders in systems, requirements, and working methods. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic issues and further develop working methods within the entire unit, including through participation in competency networks and development initiatives related to, for example, Projektportalen, ProjectWise, Flatbox, and FME. We Are Looking For Someone Who has a university or college degree of at least 180 ECTS credits (120 points) with a technical focus, or alternatively another education combined with experience that we assess as equivalent has several years of current experience working with information management in infrastructure projects has current and relevant experience working in document management systems such as Chaos, SharePoint, or ProjectWise, or alternatively other document management systems that Trafikverket assesses as equivalent has experience working independently with data coordination has experience supporting projects in requirements regarding BIM has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form It Is Advantageous If You have current and relevant experience having worked as a data coordinator in assignments for Trafikverket have knowledge in automation (for example, knowledge in FME) have experience working with acceptance and delivery inspections of technical documentation have experience working with software such as AutoCAD and/or Microstation (for drawing inspection) have experience working with regulations for digital project management or requirements management Additional Information Please attach your CV to your application.
