Himmelsby SPA & Konferens is now seeking two SPA Hosts at 60 to 75% to join our SPA department.
About the Position
As an SPA Host, you play an important role in our guests' experience. You will work from our SPA Host reception, which is centrally located between our Roman bath hall and SPA department. Here you meet our guests, answer questions, and ensure they receive the help and service they need during their visit.
A large part of the work involves performing our popular SPA treatments, such as fish pedicure, cryotherapy chamber, water massage, and mechanical lymphatic massage. Of course, you will receive the training required for the treatments you perform.
The role is varied, and you will also work to maintain order and create a pleasant environment in the SPA area, assist with simple tasks in our SPA bar, and perform administrative tasks at reception. You will also learn to respond to emails and manage bookings.
The work can sometimes be fast-paced, so it's important that you enjoy being where the action is and can quickly switch between different tasks.
Your Responsibilities
• Perform our various SPA Host treatments • Meet and assist our SPA guests • Maintain order, cleanliness, and organization in the SPA area • Monitor pools • Assist with simple tasks in the SPA bar • Administrative tasks related to reception and operations • Respond to emails and manage bookings • Serve breakfast • Closing rounds and other practical tasks
Who Are You?
We're looking for someone who:
• Is cheerful, positive, and service-oriented • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys varied tasks • Takes responsibility and can work independently • Is solution-oriented, flexible, and unpretentious • Has a natural sense of hospitality and enjoys meeting people • Has good computer skills • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently • Has a driver's license and access to your own car
Previous experience from SPA, hotels, reception, or service is a merit, but the most important thing for us is the right person with the right attitude.
