We're now looking for a committed and driven Souschef who wants to create amazing experiences together with us! About the role: As Souschef, you are one of our most important key players. Together with the head chef, you lead, motivate, and inspire the kitchen team and drive the restaurant's development forward. Your main areas of responsibility: Prepare and cook dishes according to O'Learys successful concept. Ensure the highest quality, service, and plate presentation. Responsible for good hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the kitchen. Plan daily work and train and support your colleagues. We're looking for you who: Are confident in your chef role and ready for the next step. You are an unpretentious team player with an eye for detail and a passion for quality. We'd like to see that you: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with calm. Are a clear communicator with the ability to plan, lead, and inspire others.
