As our sous chef, your responsibilities will include lunch service, à la carte, conference catering as well as banquet and pub food. You will also have an important role in ensuring we meet our key performance indicators and established goals, so it's crucial that you excel at forecasting, planning, and staffing accordingly. Relevant education 5 years of professional experience Food and beverage knowledge Strong Swedish language skills (spoken and written) Practical Information Scope: The position is 100% full-time with a permanent contract including a 6-month probationary period.
