As our sous chef, your responsibilities will include lunch, à la carte and conference catering as well as catering and pub food. You will also play an important role in ensuring we reach our key performance indicators and set targets, which is why it's important that you are skilled at forecasting, planning and staffing accordingly. Relevant education 5 years of professional experience Food and beverage knowledge Good knowledge of Swedish (speaking and writing) Practical Details Scope: The position is 100% and a permanent employment where we apply a 6-month trial period.
