Sous Chef We are looking for a driven and experienced sous chef to join our kitchen team. As a sous chef, you are the kitchen's right hand and are responsible for driving daily operations together with the head chef, ensuring quality, and contributing to the development of our food concept. Responsibilities Lead and support the kitchen team in daily operations Participate in planning and development of menus Ensure high quality, hygiene, and food safety Manage orders and inventory Participate in food preparation and cooking as needed Train and develop staff Qualifications Experience as a sous chef or similar leadership role in the hospitality or restaurant industry Deep knowledge of cooking, ingredients, and kitchen procedures Leadership skills and team spirit Organized, responsible, and problem-solving mindset Flexible and accustomed to varying work hours, including evenings and weekends We Offer Year-round position, trial employment with opportunity for permanent contract Creative and developmental work environment Opportunity to influence the kitchen's concept and menus Competent and supportive team Competitive salary and benefits Work Hours: Varying, includes evenings and weekends.
