For us, your development is important, which is why we will always encourage you to use your knowledge and give you opportunities to develop through new challenges, training, and knowledge transfer. With us, you will have the trust to act with great freedom and personal responsibility, which together with good working conditions and mutual trust provides high flexibility and a good balance between work and personal life. Requirements We are looking for someone who combines business acumen and strategic thinking with an inclusive and relationship-building approach. You thrive with collaboration across organizational boundaries and can create structure and momentum even when multiple perspectives need to be balanced.
