We are now hiring three engaged merchandise sorters and appraisers for Myrorna's production unit Tegelbruket in Botkyrka, Stockholm. Your job will be to handle incoming donations and ensure that our stores and web shop are stocked with high-quality, sellable merchandise. You will sort and appraise everything from home décor details, books, paintings, and porcelain to clothing, jewelry, and textiles. The selection of goods is made with consideration to trends, season, quality, and brands. Additionally, you will support and mentor interns at Myrorna.
Are you the person we're looking for?
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong interest in clothing, fashion, and textiles and/or home décor and goods. Experience in appraising work within clothing and/or goods is a merit. The work takes place in an industrial environment and can be physically demanding. You must have a strong command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are efficient and thrive in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work toward set goals. We use KPIs and key performance indicators for all employees, and therefore we need you to be quality-conscious and able to maintain productivity that matches our targets and metrics.
Further, you have the ability to work both independently and with others. With your positive attitude, there is no problem that cannot be solved because you are receptive, flexible, and happy to take initiative for improvements.

The unit consists of a staff of approximately 60 employees and a number of interns engaged in various forms of labor market policy measures.
The positions are permanent employment with an initial trial period.
We are seeking two positions at 50% in fashion and one position at 100% in home décor.
