Sopa till dig AB is a newly started service company in Kristianstad. We help private individuals, businesses, and property owners with cleaning, laundry, and practical services. Now we're looking for someone who wants to be part of it from the start – bringing both work ethic and your own ideas. 🧹 A little dust we can handle. A poor work environment is something we'll do something about. Cleaning and service are physical jobs. That's why we place great emphasis on our systematic approach to workplace safety. We identify risks, address problems, and follow up on how work functions in practice. You'll notice it in the job: Workload that's monitored. We need to see how assignments work in practice and adjust our planning when needed. Variety in your work. We work to distribute the load and avoid having the same person always getting the heaviest tasks. Good work methods. Ergonomics, equipment, and handling of laundry and cleaning products are all things we actively work with. Clear routines. You'll know how the work should be done and who to turn to when something isn't working. Space to speak up. If something hurts, feels unsafe, or can't be completed, we need to hear about it so we can do something about it. We want you to feel satisfied after your workday and have energy left for your life after work. 🧺 From laundry basket to stairwell Your work tasks may include: Cleaning homes for private individuals. Helping with shopping, laundry, and garment care. Washing, sorting, folding, and caring for work clothes for businesses. Cleaning stairwells, common areas, and business premises. Washing windows. Performing other practical service tasks within our customer assignments. From October 1st, we also provide services on behalf of Nya Hemtjänsten. There, we handle the service tasks so that care staff can focus on care. With us, cleaning and service is your assignment. 👋 You don't need to sort socks by color at home But at work, you need to be careful, reliable, and respectful of customers' things. You arrive on time, keep your commitments, and take pride in work done properly. You can work independently and help your colleagues when needed. You also understand that we're working in someone else's home or workplace. A friendly demeanor, respect for privacy, and putting things back where they belong can mean a lot. Here's what you need to have: B-class driving license for a manual transmission vehicle. Swedish in speech and writing, so you can communicate with customers and colleagues, understand instructions, and provide information about your work. Experience with cleaning, laundry services, property cleaning, or other service work is a merit.
