Summer Substitute in Rydsgård

Looking for extra work? We are now seeking, at our client's request, a female assistant for one of our clients in Rydsgård. Working as an hourly substitute means that during acute or planned absences you will work for the client at times distributed across day, evening, and night shifts, and you will primarily be based at the client's home in Rydsgård. The client is a woman in her 40s with Rett syndrome who needs assistance with all aspects of daily living such as personal care, dressing and undressing, meals, and mobility. The client recently acquired a home ventilator to be used during all rest periods, so night work involves active supervision. We would appreciate if you could start an introduction shortly. The client typically alternates living in another location without access to public transportation, so we prefer that you have a driver's license and your own car. It is a merit if you have previously worked as a personal assistant, including experience with overnight shifts, but we place great emphasis on personal chemistry when hiring. We are affiliated with Vårdföretagarna and Almega's collective agreement for personal assistance. Company Information We are a small care assistance company with a large focus on staff.
