We are looking for a responsible assistant who is a night person and willing to take on the important responsibility of working with a child while the family sleeps. The child has a functional variation that means they cannot be left alone and requires constant supervision during the night. The work involves staying awake through the night, and you need to be alert and present throughout the entire shift to ensure the child's safety and well-being. The work involves monitoring the child's general condition, personal care, position changes, and being there as a calming support if the child wakes up. We place great emphasis on your personality. You should be naturally confident, responsible, and attentive. Since the work takes place in a family's home, it is also important that you are professional and respect the family's privacy. You need to have a driver's license and a car to be able to get to the workplace. We offer a meaningful role where your presence makes a real difference for the family. Approximately 65 persons entitled to assistance have chosen Rullarnas as their service provider, and the organization has a total of approximately 350 employees. Since 2011, Rullarnas has had authorization from IVO, the Inspection of Health and Care, to provide personal assistance.
