About the Client Company We are seeking Production Personnel who want to work extra shifts with our clients in the manufacturing industry throughout the Skaraborg region. Job Responsibilities You will work in a team, and your tasks will vary depending on the assignment you're working on. Since the work can sometimes be physically demanding, it's an advantage if you don't mind physical labor. You need to be flexible and able to step in and start working with short notice when needed. Possibly even the same day. A requirement is that you can work day shifts during weekdays. Needs apply only to weekdays as weekend work does not occur at these workplaces. You must be a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Background and Personal Qualities It is desirable if you have completed practical training or have worked in the industry before, but it is not a requirement. The main thing is that you have the motivation and willingness to learn. A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous since public transportation does not always align with work hours. You are thorough and can maintain a high pace while working. You have strong work ethics and a positive attitude toward work. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace. About Us FIRST Personalpartner is an authorized staffing company focused on the industry. We provide personnel for temporary placement and permanent recruitment. We work locally and always strive to hire personnel with the required skills as close to the client company as possible.
