About the Client Company We are seeking Production Personnel who want to work extra shifts with our clients in the manufacturing industry throughout the Skaraborg region. Job Responsibilities You will work in a team, and your tasks will vary depending on the assignment you're working on. Since the work can sometimes be physically demanding, it's an advantage if you're comfortable with manual labor. You need to be flexible and able to step in and start working with short notice when needed. Possibly even the same day. A requirement is that you can work day shifts during weekdays. Needs only apply to weekdays as weekend work does not occur at the workplaces. You must be a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50%. Background and Personal Qualities It's desirable if you have completed practical training or have worked in industry before, but it's not a requirement. The main thing is that you have the motivation and willingness to learn. A driver's license and access to a car are advantageous since public transportation doesn't always align with work hours. You are thorough and can maintain a high pace while working. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude toward work. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team and contribute to a good atmosphere at the workplace. About Us FIRST Personalpartner is an authorized staffing company focused on the industry. We provide personnel for temporary staffing and recruitment. We work locally and always strive to place personnel with required skills as close to the client company as possible. This position is a temporary staffing role, which means there is a possibility of employment with the client company after the temporary staffing period.
