Alma Assistans is the engaged company that works in collaboration with our clients to create personalized assistance. We work closely with our clients and understand that good relationships are key to well-functioning assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our main office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. We are now looking for someone who can work with our 13-year-old girl. You should be able to work weekends and long shifts. Of course, it is very important that you have a genuine interest and some knowledge about autism. You should be a calm, reliable person who can be flexible and solution-oriented. You will receive guidance until you feel confident in your role. If you are someone who loves working with children and has kept your childlike spirit, and want to be an important part of someone's life, then this could be something for you. Experience with autism is a plus. You will spend a lot of time outdoors doing activities, so it's important that you enjoy being outside in all kinds of weather. We place great importance on personal suitability, and key qualities include being attentive with the ability to read situations, being creative and taking responsibility. To thrive in this role, you should be able to work independently and have good initiative to come up with activities. Desirable: You have a driver's license and a car so you can go on various activities. A requirement: You speak good Swedish and can follow instructions both verbally and in writing. Please prepare to request an extract from the criminal record registry in order to work with children. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, so the position may be filled before the application deadline closes. Collective agreement and salary according to agreement
