Software Engineer IV: • Acts as a bridge between business and technical teams • Analyzes business requirements, proposes solutions and technical design • Designs, develops, tests and maintains mainframe applications • Collaborates with stakeholders, analyzes requirements, writes code, and ensures software quality • Continuously seeks improvements in systems • Has strong IT knowledge and understands the development lifecycle What we expect from you: - Stress resilience; ability to work under time pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines - Team player; ability to work independently as well as in a team - Good communication skills, including English - Very strong analytical abilities - Experience with mainframe applications - 25 days of vacation - 3 days of personal time off - Meal card, Cafeteria benefits system, Multisport card - Training in soft skills and hard skills at the company premises based on development needs and roles - Remote work opportunity Employer consent for employee and blue card holders.
