Meta Bytes is seeking an experienced developer for our office in Laholm. The role involves responsibility, autonomy, and close collaboration with both customers and several of our development teams.

What will you be working on day-to-day?
Develop scalable and secure solutions based on customer requirements alongside other talented developers
Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
Establish code and architecture standards
Develop complex systems based on microservices architecture
Guide our customers in selecting solutions and technologies and create value for them using an iterative approach
Participate in the entire development process from planning and implementation to deployment and ongoing maintenance

About you
You have at least two to three years of experience in software development, though your neighbors think you fix printers and hard drives
You have previously designed and built secure, elegant, and reliable system architecture
Bonus points if you're comfortable acting as a DevOps engineer when needed and feel at home in the cloud
You're happy to take a leading role within a development team
You have experience with AI tools for development (and understand both their advantages and limitations)
You have strong knowledge of Golang, PHP, or .NET (experience with other high-level languages is a nice bonus)
You have a burning interest in technology and systems development and enjoy talking about your hobby projects, such as automating your waffle iron
You see learning and personal development as an essential part of your work
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English (additional knowledge of Esperanto, Knopar, or Røvarspråk is interesting)
You're great at problem-solving, willingly help your colleagues, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
