Initial contact via email - Michaela Horáčková, e-mail: [email protected] Your Responsibilities: • You will participate in a wide range of development activities, including: o Design and implementation of technical solutions that address business needs. o Creating designs that integrate security, performance, scalability, maintainability, and application separation. o Planning, organizing, and supporting all phases of the software lifecycle, including deliverables, stakeholder interactions, and management of priorities, risks, and opportunities. o Ensuring solution compliance with internal and external standards for design, development, and documentation. o Contributing to the stability and efficiency of global financial transactions through robust software solutions. Your Profile: • Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field • Deep passion for technology and software development • 2+ years of practical experience with C++ programming, relational databases, SQL, Linux scripting, GitHub, messaging (JMS, AMQ), and XML processing. • Excellent analytical skills and ability to understand, structure, and explain complex topics to diverse audiences • Focus on teamwork • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset • Ability to meet demanding project deadlines and deliver in a dynamic environment • Ability to work across multiple development streams • Knowledge of written and spoken English. • We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and support continuous learning and growth.
