Decisions are made according to SoL and LVM. On the unit, we also investigate applications for Housing First. In short, the position includes: - Offering advice and services to residents seeking support. - Investigating, making decisions, and following up on interventions according to SoL and LVM. - Investigating applications for Housing First Since many of the residents we meet have comorbidity, this places significant demands on your ability to collaborate, both externally and internally. Challenges and Opportunities The challenges you may face in this role include the importance of meeting the client where they are and the fact that the person does not always wish to make the change we are trying to motivate them toward. Another challenge is dealing with situations where we must intervene against a client's will and apply for compulsory treatment according to LVM. In all work, but especially in work that involves acting against a client's own will, it is necessary to be professional, clear, and show empathy. What You Need to Bring To succeed in the role, you need to have: A degree in social work or other equivalent education Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing Good documentation skills Class B driver's license. It is also advantageous if you have: Experience in authority work within harmful use and addiction and/or intimate partner violence. Training in ASI, MI, and FREDA. Part of social services' open care is also included in the unit in the form of housing support, housing coaches, and advisors for budget and debt counseling. Employment Type, Scope, and Start Date Employment Type: temporary assignment Scope: full-time Start Date: by agreement For this role, the starting salary is normally between 35,000 - 45,000 kr depending on experience and qualifications.
