About the Position You will be employed by us and hired out to perform standard duties as a social worker within the social services reception unit for domestic violence. The main tasks are to staff the reception desk as well as handle and document according to the Social Services Act with responsibility for investigations regarding eligibility for assistance in the form of protected housing as well as follow-up of approved services on an ongoing basis. The assignment has a strong emphasis on collaboration, consultation and coordinating work around the client with other important stakeholders. The work requires flexibility and high presence at the workplace as the reception for VINR must ensure staffing for acute safety assessments.
