The work involves close collaboration with other social services units, the regional health authority, police, women's shelters, and other relevant partners. The role requires you to be collaboration-oriented and comfortable working closely with both internal and external partners. You actively contribute to an open and learning work environment where people support each other and share knowledge. Since the unit will work more outreach-oriented in the future, it is also valuable if you feel comfortable meeting with residents in various contexts and can represent the organization in an engaged and professional manner.
