The Adult Unit in Luleå is facing new, exciting challenges, and we're now seeking a dedicated social worker who wants to be part of shaping the future of social services. Duties As a social worker, you will handle cases involving harmful use and addiction and comorbidity. Our goal is to support and find good and sustainable solutions for the individual in close collaboration with them. We do this by utilizing the individual's own resources and through active outreach cooperation with authorities, health and medical care, voluntary organizations, and treatment facilities. As a new employee with us, you'll get a safe and supportive start. We ensure you have time to settle into your role and offer introduction, a personal mentor, and guidance in our working methods. Through regular case reviews and methodological supervision, we create conditions for reflection and learning in everyday work. The position requires that you meet the following eligibility requirements: Degree in Social Work Class B driving license It is meritorious if you have: Experience working with people living with harmful use and addiction and/or comorbidity Experience with social services authority work.
