Responsibilities Security planning according to Signs of Safety is a structured approach focused on involving the child's and family's network in complex cases with high concern. Together with the child's family and network, a plan is created that can provide the child with safety and security despite a problematic situation. With us, you have the opportunity to work closely with families and make a real difference in your role! In the security team, you work both as a civil servant and as a service provider, as you will both manage cases and lead change work in security planning. You investigate, follow up on decisions and placements, while maintaining a strong focus on conversations with the family and network. Case management is conducted together with a colleague. You facilitate network meetings as well as individual conversations with family members and their network. You manage only a few cases at a time. A colleague says: "By maintaining long-term contact with parents, children, and their network, we get to know them, see their strengths, share both challenges and allow them to find their own paths to solutions so that concerns decrease. We also share the good moments and see how they together build protection for the children that remains even after social services ends contact with the family". In the social welfare administration Centrum, Signs of Safety has been used for the past 3 years. The security team has existed for one and a half years and currently consists of three social workers and one senior social worker. Organizationally, the team is under one of our three investigation units. The role includes security planning, but also being part of Signs of Safety's development and continued implementation work across the entire department. Depending on the phase of security planning, evening work may occur, and there is great flexibility regarding working hours and working from home. Introduction, supervision, and professional development are self-evident to us! You will receive thorough introduction, training, external supervision, and close support from management. There is also the opportunity for basic training and further education as well as regular methodological supervision in Signs of Safety. Qualifications We are looking for you with a degree in social work and 2 years of experience in social work with children, youth, and families. You also need to be familiar with current legislation. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of work according to Signs of Safety. Both experience in open care work and civil service authority are advantageous. A driver's license is a requirement for this position. As a person, we believe you are driven by making a difference.
