The Authority Operations area is one of four operational areas within the Social and Labor Market Administration. We are responsible for receiving reports and applications concerning children, young people, and adults, as well as for investigations and follow-up of interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL), the Act on Care of Young Offenders (LVM), and the Act on Care of Children and Young People (LVU). Within the operational area, there is also foster care and special support for young people with norm-breaking behavior and criminality. 3 position(s). WORK TASKS A job with both responsibility and opportunities! We are now seeking three social workers - two investigative social workers and one intake coordinator. As an investigative social worker with us, you work with government authority duties for children, young people, and adults. You investigate and follow up on decided interventions according to SoL, LVU, and LVM. You belong to one of two investigation teams. As an intake coordinator, you work in our intake team receiving and assessing incoming reports and applications concerning children, young people, and adults. You also work outwardly with information initiatives to increase trust and confidence in social services. We seek someone who has a degree in social work and wants to contribute with commitment and responsibility in our work. It is meritorious if you have experience with government authority duties within child and family care. Experience from municipal operations is also meritorious. As a social worker, you work with government authority duties and therefore need to be able to assess, document, and communicate decisions in a clear and legally secure manner. You need to master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing. A category B driver's license for manual cars is a requirement since driving is part of the job. We believe you are someone who takes responsibility for your role and drives your work forward with initiative. You are flexible and enjoy collaborating with others.
