Are you a social worker with experience in child and youth welfare services? Would you like to work in the process of assessing and following up on children's needs for protection and support in one of our investigation, follow-up of placed children and youth, and open care service groups? We are now seeking three social secretaries. One for each group. The Social Care Division has ultimate responsibility for children, youth, adults, and elderly individuals who need support. Our work plays a significant role in many people's lives. Our efforts keep society functioning. We work based on MI, Motivational Interviewing, and want our workplace to be characterized by "MI-spirit"—an atmosphere and approach marked by empathy, acceptance, collaboration, and respect for autonomy and self-determination both in interactions with families and with each other. Within the authority section of the Children, Youth and Family Services area, there are three units with approximately 40 employees: the Child and Youth Unit, the Foster Care Unit, and the Family Law Unit. The groups have close leadership from group leaders, and the units work closely and together with each other. We are part of the Individual and Family Care operational area, IFO, which consists of additional units working with preventive and supportive interventions for children and youth, the Children's House, and adults needing support regarding addiction, domestic violence, livelihood, competence, and labor market issues. We see ourselves as a social service that collaborates for the best interests of the child/individual and their family. 3 position(s).
