Vimmerby is a small municipality in Småland that has much to offer; in addition to the solid cultural heritage from Astrid Lindgren, the municipality is also characterized by a diverse business sector, strong local engagement, active community organizations, beautiful nature and a peaceful environment.
Through our core values of Responsibility, Courage and Imagination, we work to provide the best possible service and care to Vimmerby municipality's approximately 15,800 residents, businesses and all who visit the municipality. These core values permeate the municipality's approach and work methods and are something everyone carries with them in their daily work.
The Children and Family Unit is a flexible unit where we help each other and allocate resources based on operational needs. This means there is an opportunity to work broadly and together with colleagues find solutions when needs change. The entire IFO works closely together and sees collaboration across operational boundaries as an important part of our mission. We share knowledge, support each other and use our different skills to find good solutions for the individual. This creates an operation where support is close at hand and where we collectively take responsibility for the whole.
In addition to stimulating and varied work at a stable workplace, we offer good salary conditions, external supervision, competence development and wellness allowance. We have flexible working hours and you are offered the opportunity to work remotely. We care about a sustainable work environment with support from colleagues and managers.
