Social Worker for the Child and Family Unit in Trollhättan City

Trollhättan City is now recruiting several social workers to the Child and Family Units within Individual and Family Care (IFO).
The Child and Family Unit within Individual and Family Care (IFO) in Trollhättan City consists of three units with a total of six investigation teams and one intake team. One of the investigation teams has a special focus on violence-related cases. Here, social workers collaborate with team leaders and experienced colleagues in child and youth matters. The operations are characterized by commitment, collaboration, and a clear focus on the best interests of the child.
About the Role
As a social worker, you work with public authority functions according to SoL and LVU for children and young people 0–18 years old and their families and networks. You investigate, assess, and follow up on interventions with the child's best interests in focus and work structurally with the support of BBIC.
The work involves close contact with children, families, and other stakeholders and requires both independence and collaboration in a daily routine with varying and sometimes complex cases.
Two of the positions are placed in investigation teams with a special focus on violence-related cases.
We are Looking For You Who
Are educated as a social worker or social pedagogue
Have good knowledge of child development and commitment to children and young people in vulnerable situations
See the child's network as an important resource in change work
Have a B-class driver's license
Have good communication skills and enjoy documentation and structure
Are confident in your professional role, collaboration-oriented, and independent even at a fast pace
Have good ability for reflection and analysis
