We are seeking a social worker to join our Personal Assistance Service team.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
" Education in accordance with Act 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services (higher professional or university education),
" clean criminal record and group B driver's license,
" knowledge of PC work (Microsoft Office),
" an advantage is experience in social work, knowledge of individual planning or Cygnus software,
" independence and ability to work in a team,
" orientation in social services and related legislation
WHAT DOES WORK WITH US LOOK LIKE?
You will face diverse work in the households of service users in the Žďár nad Sázavou district. You will do meaningful work and provide assistance and support to people in managing daily activities (help with personal care, personal hygiene, meal provision, transportation, shopping or activation). Regular supervision and team meetings are part of the role.
The social worker also
" performs social assessments,
" prepares service provision contract proposals,
" deals with service applicants,
" plans personal assistant services for users,
" participates in the creation and updates of service quality standards and other materials,
" participates in promotion and reporting of the provided service
" represents the service manager in designated organizational areas
