Oblastní charita Pardubice - Social Activation Services for Families with Children is seeking a SOCIAL WORKER for our team on a part-time basis. Start date: As soon as possible - by arrangement. Requirements: - Higher professional or university education (social work, social pedagogy, etc.), professional qualification for the practice of social worker according to the Act on Social Services No. 108/2006 Coll., § 109 and § 110 - Knowledge of standards - Criminal record extract Personal qualifications: - Identification with Charity's mission - Resilience to physical and psychological strain - Compassion, honesty, responsibility, and communication skills - Ability and willingness to collaborate in a team - Personal initiative and creative approach We offer: - Full-time position (40 hours per week) - Meaningful work in a pleasant, friendly team environment at a large, stable organization - Meal allowance (meal voucher allowance) - Work shoes (2x yearly) and clothing - Support - professional guidance, further training, opportunity for supervision - After probation period, possibility of pension insurance contribution - Working hours: Monday - Friday - Salary: 37,100 Kč - 45,000 Kč (bonuses 2x yearly, benefits, personal compensation) Suitable for graduates as well.
