Nature of Work
- direct work with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder in relief services,
- provision of support to clients during their short-term stay in the service and creation of a safe and stimulating environment,
- support for users in managing routine personal care activities and daily tasks,
- support in developing independence, social and communication skills,
- individual work with the client according to their needs and individual plan,
- assistance to clients in orienting themselves in the service environment and in participating in regular daily activities,
- practice and consolidation of skills leading to the highest possible degree of independence,
- support for clients in meaningful use of free time,
- cooperation with the multidisciplinary team of the service and follow-up institutions,
- maintenance of basic electronic documentation on the provision of social services.
We Require
- education corresponding to the position of social worker according to Act No. 108/2006 Sb. (higher professional or university education in special education or social work),
- criminal record excerpt,
- excellent communication skills and respectful approach to clients,
- ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- reliability, responsibility and psychological resilience,
- empathy, patience and ability for individual approach,
- willingness for further education
Advantages
