Contract will be entered into for a fixed term until September 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension. We require: - Completed university master's or bachelor's degree meeting the conditions of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services - Criminal record clearance - Reliability, independence, diligence - Good health status - Psychological resilience - Minimum 1 year of experience in social services - Advantage: crisis intervention course, experience on helplines - Focus on teamwork - Pleasant demeanor We offer: - Support of a large and stable organization - Teamwork and support - Pleasant work environment - 5 weeks of vacation - Employee benefits Job responsibilities: - Identifying families with children who may potentially be in an unfavorable social situation - Providing socio-legal counseling to families with children in an unfavorable social situation while actively addressing their current problems - Providing assistance to families with educational, learning, and social difficulties and other issues related to childcare and household management - Engaging families for potential long-term cooperation within family rehabilitation programs
