Effective: 3/7/2026 Job Responsibilities: - Participation in the creation of methodological materials and projects utilizing your own creativity - Collaboration and communication with external and internal specialists in the field, ensuring individualized work approaches with clients - Direct work with children and youth in Frýdek-Místek (outreach work on the streets) - Maintenance of client documentation - Preparation and implementation of preventive activities, such as educational sessions with primary school students. Requirements: Minimum: - University or higher vocational education in social work and related fields as per §110 or §116 subsection 5 of Act 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services - Hepatitis B vaccination - Legal capacity, clean criminal record, and health fitness - Knowledge of social services issues - Submission of a criminal record extract - Ability to communicate with children and youth in street outreach (field work) - Good knowledge of MS Office - Flexibility and thoroughness - Responsibility and reliability - Positive attitude toward children and youth from socially disadvantaged backgrounds - Communication skills and empathetic approach - Ability to appropriately handle crisis situations - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Experience working with children and youth - Willingness to work afternoon hours (3x per week).
