Nature of the position: • Social work with children and young people aged 6–26 who are at risk of adverse social influences or find themselves in difficult life situations • Providing direct service to users – school preparation, participation in program development for users, counseling, support and professional assistance • Individual planning together with service users • Service administration, collaboration on improving service quality • Working hours typically from 8:30 to 17:00 (40h/week) We require: • Education: Qualifications per §110 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services, i.e., completed higher professional education in social studies or university education in the social field • Reliability, responsibility, criminal record clearance, empathy, flexibility • Good communication skills, positive approach to work and with young people, capacity for self-reflection • Knowledge of computer work • Knowledge of social work standards • Ability to work in a team • Willingness for ongoing professional development • Experience in the field is welcome We offer: • Full-time employment on a fixed-term contract (with expectation of renewal) • Salary: from 36,000 Kč/month, with increase after three months of employment • Opportunities for professional growth and free training • Benefits: 25 days of vacation, regular personal performance reviews, company events, Multisport card • Support from an established and large non-profit organization • Work in a pleasant team environment • Space for creativity and self-realization • Start date – July 2026 or by agreement Application requirements: • Structured CV with contact information • Applicant statement in the following wording (part of CV): "By providing my personal data in the scope of application materials for this selection process, I hereby consent to its processing in accordance with Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on Personal Data Protection for the duration of the selection process."
