JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brief position description:
" Social work at Foster Care Center Cesta - providing field and outpatient services for substitute family care (Act 359/1999 Coll., On Socio-Legal Protection of Children) - supporting foster families, assisting foster parents and children in foster care
" Social work at Community Center "O krok dál" - providing field and outpatient services under Act No. 108/2006 Coll. on social services. Emphasis on direct field work with clients - supporting and assisting people with experience of mental illness, providing social counseling
" administrative tasks, processing internal documentation, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
" University or higher vocational education in social work, special/social pedagogy, law, or related fields (mandatory qualification for social worker pursuant to § 110 of Act 108/2006 Coll.)
" criminal record clearance
" knowledge of Act 108/2006 Coll. on social services, familiarity with other applicable legislation
" reliability, flexibility, emotional stability, loyalty, fair conduct
" excellent communication skills, ability to empathize, responsibility
" personal grounding in moral values, motivation to work for a church organization, respect for its mission, Christian values, and Code of Conduct
