Social Worker (M/F)
Education required per Act on Social Services No. 108/2006 Coll.: minimum post-secondary education focused on social policy, social work, social pedagogy, or socio-legal activities
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00-16:00, occasional work in afternoon hours (14:00-18:00) by agreement
Job duties: social work with children and youth ages 6-18 in a Low-threshold Facility for Children and Youth that are at risk of or threatened by unfavorable life situations, individual planning, direct work with clients in clinic and field settings (in their natural environment or accompaniment to school, offices, etc.), assistance with personal matters, provision of psychosocial support in addressing personal problems, assistance with social integration, participation in planning and implementing activity programs at the facility: leisure, educational, preventive, practical skills development, etc., maintenance of file documentation
What we expect from you: minimum post-secondary education, empathy, positive attitude toward children, willingness to work with socially disadvantaged children and youth, communication skills, PC proficiency, experience in social services is a plus
