Job Duties:
Providing consultation and advisory services in the area of non-insurance social benefits. Managing non-insurance social benefit matters. Conducting social and field investigations for non-insurance social benefit purposes. Managing administrative proceedings and client files. Processing and verifying eligibility for benefit payment and conditions for continuing benefit payments.
Requirements for Employment:
Qualifications according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services, i.e., completed higher vocational education in social fields or university education in social areas (in educational fields focused on social work and social pedagogy, social pedagogy, social and humanitarian work, social work, social policy, socio-legal activities, charitable and social activities, social care, social pathology, law, or special pedagogy).
Experience in public administration is advantageous.
Communication skills – ability to work with clients in difficult situations, stress resilience, field work.
Independence, diligence, consistency.
Full legal capacity, good moral character, health suitability, Czech citizenship, citizenship of another EU member state, or citizenship of a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement according to § 25 subsection 1 letter a) and meeting the conditions according to § 25 subsection 2 of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., on State Service.
Driver's license category B – active driver is advantageous.
Employment:
Start date November 1, 2026, indefinite term
Working Conditions:
Salary placement in salary grade 11 in accordance with applicable legal regulations,
after probationary period possibility of granting a personal allowance
