Social Worker

Our social activation service supports families with children who find themselves in difficult life situations. We help parents and children manage everyday problems, seek stability, and gradually regain confidence that things can improve.
We are looking for a social worker to join our team who will be a source of support for families during times when everything feels overwhelming.
What Will You Do?
- Support families directly in their natural environment,
- Individual work with parents and children,
- Help with resolving relationship issues, school matters, housing, finances, or parenting challenges,
- Accompaniment and cooperation with schools, government agencies, and other services,
- Administrative tasks related to social work.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Can work with people in difficult life situations with sensitivity and respect,
- Is passionate about fieldwork and not afraid to enter clients' homes,
- Can handle independent work as well as teamwork,
- Wants to do meaningful social work,
- Is not intimidated by challenging situations,
- Has education in accordance with Law No. 108/2006 Coll. (higher vocational school or university degree in social services),
- Has a clean criminal record.
