We are looking for an independent, responsible, and empathetic colleague for our field program in Duchcov, who wants to do meaningful work and support people in difficult life situations directly in their natural environment.
What will your job responsibilities include?
- social assessments in the field and mapping client situations,
- professional social counseling (housing, debt, benefits, etc.),
- creation of individual plans,
- maintenance of client documentation,
- accompaniment and negotiations with authorities and institutions,
- facilitating follow-up services and support
What do we expect from you?
- professional qualifications according to law no. 108/2006 Coll. (higher vocational or university education in social work, social pedagogy, social pathology, psychology, etc.)
- ability to work independently and make decisions in the field,
- good communication and organizational skills,
- empathy, resilience, and professional approach,
- clean criminal record,
- administrative skills (PC, Office, internet)
- class B driver's license - active driver.
