Permanent employment contract with 0.75 full-time equivalent. Job Responsibilities: social assessment, meetings with service applicants, contract signing with clients, processing and maintaining individual plans and client records social counseling for clients and their families cooperation with authorities, doctors and other institutions Applicant Requirements: citizen of the Czech Republic or a foreign national with permanent residence in the Czech Republic age 18 or older legal capacity full legal capacity and good moral character health fitness Qualification Requirements: professional qualification to practice the profession of social worker according to Law No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services excellent knowledge of Law No. 108/2006 Coll., on Social Services detailed knowledge of social services quality standards and experience with their practical application Additional Requirements: user-level knowledge of PC work (MS Office), internet driving license category B – active driver high level of interpersonal communication skills group work, decisiveness, reliability, systematicity responsibility, independence, attention to detail Application Requirements: - applicant's name, surname and title - applicant's date and place of birth - applicant's citizenship - applicant's place of permanent residence - applicant's ID number or residence permit number - date and applicant's signature Applicant must attach to the application: - curriculum vitae listing information about previous employment and professional knowledge and skills - criminal record excerpt not older than 3 months; for foreign nationals, an equivalent document - certified copy of the highest education qualification document Written applications may be submitted: - by mail to Centrum sociální pomoci Vrchlabí, p.o.
