Psychiatric Hospital in Opava is seeking a social worker for a newly established service - Mental Health Center who wants to be part of a multidisciplinary team providing support to people with mental illness.
Expected job responsibilities:
- providing social work and professional social counseling to clients,
- social assessment and development of individual support plans,
- supporting clients in addressing their social situation,
- collaboration with family members and institutions,
- maintaining documentation in accordance with legal regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
- professional qualification to practice as a social worker pursuant to § 110 of Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended,
- clean criminal record,
- health fitness,
- responsibility, independence, empathy, communication skills,
- ability to work independently and as part of a team,
- respectful and individualized approach,
- ability to maintain electronic documentation related to service provision,
- Group B driving license - active driver (advantageous),
- experience in caring for people with mental illness or in community services (advantageous).
Job position characteristics:
- full-time employment,
- salary classification in the 11th pay grade according to Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., and length of creditable experience,
- 5 weeks of vacation,
