Please send job applications to: [email protected] JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - The social worker performs social assessments according to §108 of the Social Services Act, manages social affairs including resolution of socio-legal problems in facilities providing social care services, provides socio-legal counseling, performs analytical, methodological and conceptual activities in the social field, and performs professional activities in facilities providing social services. - Provides basic social counseling and handles applications for care allowances. - Communicates with service applicants and conducts social assessments. - Maintains required client documentation within their competence, drafts contracts and amendments for the provision of social services with clients. - Processes payments for accommodation, meals, care, health insurance premiums (SIPO), medications, rehabilitation and other payments from clients. - Creates and collaborates on the development and implementation of quality standards, provides suggestions for improvements and recommendations to enhance service quality.
