Renarkon, o.p.s., the largest non-profit organization in the Moravian-Silesian region serving people with substance use disorders, is seeking a colleague for a team leader position at our contact center in Ostrava.
The service is provided to people with substance use disorders and individuals at risk of behavioral addictions. Key activities during contact days include Harm Reduction activities and outreach work. Together with clients, we focus particularly on these areas of their lives – abstinence, employment, housing, relationships, leisure time, finances, health, social and criminal law matters, and more.
Working hours: Mon - Fri – contact days (8 am - 4 pm)
We require:
- University degree in social work (with experience in addiction counseling)
- Clean criminal record and health fitness
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Willingness to work on personal development and motivation for further education and professional growth
- Creative approach to work, ability to bring new ideas, contribute to service development with corresponding personal maturity
- Mental resilience and motivation for this work
- Excellent communication skills combined with respect and appropriate communication with the target group
- Self-reflection capability
- Team leadership experience
- Group B driver's license
- Contract for 1 year, with possibility of extension
