Job Responsibilities: • Work with students at risk of academic failure • Collaboration with student families, preventive and intervention activities • Cooperation with the teaching staff and other professional institutions • Assistance in resolving social and educational problems of students Requirements: • Good communication and organizational skills • Independence, reliability, and a welcoming approach to children • Ability to work as part of a team • Compliance with requirements under § 3 of Act No. 563/2004 Coll. (good conduct, health fitness) Required Education – one of the following options must be met (§ 19b of Act No. 563/2004 Coll.): • University degree (Bc. or Mgr.) in pedagogical sciences focused on social pedagogy, or • University degree in social work and studies for preparation of social pedagogues, or • Higher vocational school (VOŠ) focused on social pedagogy, or • Higher vocational school (VOŠ) focused on social work and studies for preparation of social pedagogues, or • Master's degree in pedagogical sciences (e.g., special education, teaching) with completion of professional qualification expansion studies for social pedagogues We Offer: • Meaningful and diverse work in a school environment • Friendly team and support from school management • Opportunities for further education and professional development • Full-time or part-time employment as agreed • Salary classification according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll. and the job catalog (social pedagogue: pay grades 10–12) • FKSP contribution and school cafeteria meals
