We are recruiting a SOCIAL REHABILITATOR for the "Rūja" branch We offer: social guarantees in accordance with state administration regulations; salary (gross) EUR 851 – EUR 1220 according to professional experience and competencies; during probation period remuneration up to EUR 870; 25% allowance on the established monthly salary for special risk; reduced working hours within normal working time (35 hours per week); work experience in state administration; additional leave for special risk (3 working days per year) and additional leave for annual appraisal (from 4 - 10 working days per year); friendly, responsive and professional colleagues; health insurance after 3 months of work. Key duties of the position: assess clients' social functioning; diagnose clients' social barriers, social status, values, determine clients' social skills level; participate in an interprofessional team during clients' social rehabilitation process; participate in the development, implementation and improvement of clients' individual social rehabilitation plans. facilitate improvement of social skills and promotion of new skills under the guidance of a social worker: Requirements for candidates: qualification of social rehabilitator, short-cycle higher education in social rehabilitation or second-cycle higher education in social work or charitable social work, if also short-cycle professional higher education and fifth-level professional qualification in social rehabilitation have been obtained, or first-cycle higher education in social work and social worker qualification, if during studies or professional development education a part of the study program related to social rehabilitation of at least four credit points or 160 hours has been completed; knowledge in the field of social rehabilitation, social care, health care issues, psychology and pedagogy; knowledge necessary for performing basic professional tasks at the level of understanding; work experience in the care field will be considered an advantage; valid electronic signature.
