Social Rehabilitation Specialist (permanent position) part-time (0.5 FTE) at
Kandava Nursing Home, Ķiršu Street 10, Kandava, Tukuma Municipality (1 position):
Requirements for Candidates:
First-level higher education with a qualification as a Social Rehabilitation Specialist or a second-year student with a planned qualification as a Social Rehabilitation Specialist;
good computer skills, information systems and software proficiency; and other office equipment (scanner, copier, fax);
ability to plan, manage and organize work, capacity to express opinions clearly and substantively;
high sense of responsibility, ability to make independent decisions;
excellent communication and cooperation skills;
work experience in social rehabilitation will be considered an advantage.
Key Job Responsibilities:
develop and implement the client's individual social rehabilitation plan, engaging necessary specialists;
ensure the client's social rehabilitation;
help the client acquire, improve and maintain social skills (self-care, ethical and behavioral standards, social roles, communication and interaction, decision-making, responsibility-taking, financial management skills, etc.);
plan and organize clients' daily activities;
organize group activities for clients.

salary from EUR 485.00 to 545.00 per month, before tax payment, according to candidate's qualification and professional experience;
