No. 90009226487 Branch "KALNCIEMS" Kalnciema Street 93, Rīga We are inviting applications for a permanent position SOCIAL REHABILITATION SPECIALIST (OCCUPATION CODE 3412 02) REQUIREMENTS: • Short-cycle higher education in the field of social rehabilitation (social rehabilitation specialist qualification); • Knowledge in the field of social rehabilitation, social care, health care issues, psychology, and pedagogy; • Knowledge necessary for performing the main tasks of professional activity at the level of understanding; • Work experience in the care field will be considered an advantage; • State language proficiency level B2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assess the client's social functioning; • Promote the development of the client's social skills, develop and improve the client's self-care abilities; • Participate in the development, implementation, and improvement of the client's individual social rehabilitation plan, together with other specialists. WE OFFER: • Position salary from EUR 1,100.00 to EUR 1,220.00 gross (depending on previous professional qualifications and competencies. After the probation period, salary determination will also take into account performance evaluation results and regular work volume); • 25% supplement for work involving special risk; • Standard reduced working hours of 35 hours per week; • Additional vacation according to annual work performance evaluation; • Additional three working days of vacation for work involving special risk; • Professional colleagues and career development opportunities; • Bonuses according to the collective agreement; • Health insurance after 3 months of employment.
