Requirements for candidates:
Higher pedagogical education and social pedagogue qualification in accordance with regulatory requirements;
Proficiency in the State language at the highest level (C level 1st degree);
Knowledge of child rights protection issues and understanding of the support system functioning in an educational institution;
Ability to assess situations, analyze causes, and act promptly in conflict or crisis situations;
Ability to work under conditions of increased tension and responsibility;
Excellent communication, listening, and collaboration skills.
Main responsibilities:
Provide socio-pedagogical assistance and consultations to students, their parents, and teachers;
Identify and analyze the causes of students' learning, behavioral, and social adaptation difficulties, and develop support measures;
Participate in resolving conflict situations, organizing violence and addiction prevention measures in the school environment;
Participate in the work of the school support team and collaborate with other institutions (social services, guardianship court, etc.);
Maintain socio-pedagogical work documentation in accordance with requirements;
Work as part of a team with school administration, teachers, support staff, and students' parents.
