Join our team! Valmiera preschool educational institution "Ābelīte" (hereinafter – the Institution) invites a social pedagogue (0.260 hours per week) on a permanent basis. Work location: Palejas iela 5, Valmiera, Valmieras novads. If you have the desire to: • plan and implement social pedagogical activities at the Institution; • carry out social pedagogical activities at the Institution; • provide support to students, parents, and educators in social pedagogical matters and conflict resolution; • collaborate with preschool teachers, Institution support staff; • collaborate with social services, guardianship court, and other state and municipal institutions; • participate in the Institution's pedagogical activities; and if you have: • education and professional development for educators in accordance with regulatory requirements (Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No.569 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Educators and the Procedure for Professional Competence Development of Educators"); • compliance with requirements set by the Education Law and Child Protection Law; • state language proficiency in accordance with State Language Law requirements; • competencies: professional communication with children, parents, and colleagues; ability to work in a team and manage time; we offer: • remuneration in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No.445 "Regulations on Educators' Remuneration", 305.50 EUR monthly before tax; • employer co-financed health insurance after the trial period expires, as well as other social guarantees/benefits in accordance with work results and regulatory requirements; • creative and interesting work in a responsive and friendly team.
