is seeking a Social Mentor
Main duties:
• Provide support to youth with behavioral problems or high developmental risks, children in out-of-home care who have reached 16 years of age;
• Help youth develop skills necessary for independent living, budget planning, search for education or employment opportunities, and provide emotional support;
• Ensure peer support;
• Maintain regular contact with youth.
Requirements for candidates:
• Education in social sciences, pedagogy, or psychology
• Specialized knowledge in child rights protection in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 241 of April 16, 2024 "Regulations on the Procedure for Acquiring Specialized Knowledge in Child Rights Protection, the Content and Scope of such Knowledge" of at least 8 academic hours;
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently;
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, SOPA);
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, empathy;
• Ability to build positive and supportive relationships;
