No. 90009002699 invites applications for a vacant Social Worker position for work with families and children (2635 03) Key job responsibilities: Conduct social work with families with children to ensure child welfare and family functioning. Assess client situations and determine the nature of social problems, need for social services, and social assistance. Develop and implement individual social rehabilitation and support plans and/or cooperation plans for families with children. Provide consultations on social services, rights to support, and assistance options in cooperation with relevant department staff. Case file creation and database work; Risk assessment/social situation evaluation according to methodology Conduct inter-institutional cooperation with schools, preschools, child protection boards, police, healthcare institutions, etc., ensuring a holistic approach to family support. Resource and service mobilization in the work process; Monitor at-risk families' situations and implement preventive and crisis intervention measures when necessary. Requirements for candidates: Level 2 professional or academic higher education in social work or charitable social work; State language proficiency in accordance with legislation. Knowledge and ability to apply legal acts regulating the social field Ability to collaborate with specialists from state and municipal institutions, legal entities, and individuals; Ability to independently organize work and make decisions (including in non-standard situations); Ability to work in teams, creative approach, high accuracy and correctness in interpersonal relations; High communication skills and accuracy; Good computer skills (MS Office standard programs and the municipal social benefits administration information system (SOPA)); Training documentation in risk assessment for families with children in unfavorable circumstances and child rights protection will be considered; Desired experience working with families and children.
